FWIW - Thousands of H1b immigrants are flying in to take the choice jobs in industry, computing, medicine and government every day. The middle class has noticed. All Americans with a college education, particularly in the technical fields, should be hired before any immigrants are allowed to take these jobs. Too bad if it causes out high tech industries and colleges to have to pay more. Too bad if it cuts profits. We can handle that.
The Immigration bills are being blocked in Congress because the Republican slaves are doing what their masters demand. If a Republican does not do as demanded he loses funding and can never run for office again anywhere. The feudal owners of the Republican Party work very hard to discipline its hired help.

As long as Obama is President, and the House refuses to do their constitutional duty to impeach Obama, the House should completely defund the federal government for the rest of the fiscal year, and go home. With a criminal President and a criminally complicit Senate majority leader, what is the point of staying?

I agreed with your suggestion, but first you have to fine them a couple of times, and I doubt their assets could be seized but you could sure as heck put the CEO/Owners in jail, with that threat they might actually screen their employees like they are supposed to do. Sadly it will Never happen, neither Party has ever shown that they are willing to impose that leg of the law, because both are bought and paid for by big business, that includes the Tea Party bunch so that is that, stuck with it.

Their collage graduated kids are not able to perform jobs they were not trained for. The new IT graduates know the newer programming languages etc, but the H1Bs are often ones who know the old stuff like Synon and RPG. They are hard to find in US.

You would see adds in the newspapers immediately, once they saw an example being made.
Investors will always invest, especially today with banks not paying interest. The shareholders would be more involved in the company, not just sitting back and collecting dividends.
There may be a gradual hicup, but business would spark as it always has.
When President IKE did it, employment didn't cease(it was not as massive as it is today, though)
