This isn't meant to designate partisans one way or the other, or to bash anyone on the basis of political, or any other leaning.

Just seeking a plain and simple yes or no to the question.

Keep in mind the key word here is "deliberately"

Thanks

Deliberately? No.

The deliberate destruction of our gov't is pretty much a GOP baby.

Yes. He said he wanted to fundamentally transform the U.S. (which was just fine before). He never said into what, however he doesn't hide the fact that he's a progressive and dislikes America's sovereignty.

What will destroy America's sovereignty better than flooding the system with dependents, cutting the military, growing government, raising taxes, and borrowing more than we could ever hope to pay back?

He also has been quoted as saying he wanted to punish his enemies (conservative Americans with the IRS) who stand for everything he's against. Patriotism, sovereignty, and smaller government.

Actually it appears the GOP are deliberately obstructing any progress that may help the nation in an effort to thwart Obama. So really its them trying to drive the country into the ground over their hate for the man

Yes.

Interesting that those who vote no and comment can't resist bashing the other side.

As much as the administration does to hurt the country, the division amongst the people is at least equally damaging.

I am not entirely sure it is "deliberate", bet they are certainly, IMO, doing damage in many ways.
It could very well be simple ineptitude.

"I was hoping to simply get a yes or no, and let each draw their own conclusions. Is that even possible?"

for most of those on here, no, it is not possible.
the obama haters and the obamalovers will both defend themselves as the rabid fanatics they are.

Which is why he claims incompetence on just about every issue. Who in their right mind, especially someone as smart as Obama claims himself to be, admit willful wrongdoing?
