The saddest things is that some folks are so biased, prejudiced and distrust Russia that they won't believe that snow is white because it was reported by the "russian propaganda".
Seems to me any airline pilot under threat of a fighter plane would be making some calls and not remain radio silent about it. Seems to me that those frantic radio calls would have been intercepted by more than a few people.
Agreed and HOW! Especially after the 9-11 thing; pilots WILL talk unless ambushed 1st. That def cuts out Ukraine's jets "forcing" that 777 INTO "Ukrainian" missile range because the chatter would get out IF the Ukraine was acting dirty.

There was an article saying that there is some modern military technology which allow to jam radio calls. This gadget could be installed in the ukrainian SU-25 jet. Why not?
I can't affirm that, but I don't eliminate that as well.

There is very little doubt from everyone except conspiracy theorists and Russia supporters that rebels shot the plane down. NATO monitors the Russian border very closely. They know when a surface to air missile is fired and from where. They have communications about the attack. They have boasts from the sepratists. They have pictures of the buk. There is no whodunit here.
