No, because had you violated them, you'd stand no chance in court. It would be a slam dunk case for me.

Any flagrant violation would easily be overturned in court. No state even tries measures like this w/o showing it to scholars and lawyers well versed in what is acceptable to a court of law. Very often those "screenings" result in the measures being rewritten to stay within the boundaries of the law.

You should look at the checks various states and cities write to the NRA to cover legal fees when all these laws get overturned.

Here is just one example

City of Chicago paid $1.4 million of NRA's legal fees - National Hunting | Examiner.com

45 cents per resident of the city.

Glad to see you enjoy tax dollars being spent violating civil rights.

Of course that doesn't include all the money the city spent defending the case at the various stages.

90 cents with the defense costs. One penny every 4 days. Breaking news-not!

I wonder if everyone pays taxes?

Anyways, the point remains you approve of violating people's civil rights.

I pay plenty, but I worry about the expenditures that make up the top 80% of total spending. If you know the 80/20 business rule, you'll know what that means.

90 cents isn't about to crack the 80%.
