A plainclothes NYPD cop violated department protocol by using a chokehold while handcuffing a Staten Island man who died following the arrest, Mayor de Blasio and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said Friday........

......There’s a very high chance that the officer who put him in a chokehold would lose his job,” said a law-enforcement source who is familiar with the investigation.

Not good enough.

Looks like he resisted arrest. Too bad. Do not do the crime and all that. Demeanor and attitude is everything when facing a LEO.

I think when someone weighs 400 lbs. cops tend to throw the guidebook out.

While the cop should be fired people should be bright enough to understand that if you resist arrest you might end up dead.

A plainclothes NYPD cop violated department protocol............

He killed him by doing something illegal. No people should not expect that to happen.

Gang warfare....

Thugs wear a badge.

Like the military is Obamas hired guns, used today to control free people. The police are the Mayors hired guns, used to control free people.

Talk about oppression.
All the kings men.......

So, a badge grants special privileges, that no one else has, to chosen people.

A badge does not make you a king, with more sovereignty than the peasant.

An armed society, makes for a polite society.
If everyone were armed, police would be there to serve and protect, instead of a bully, with more firepower.
