In that case, I don't mean for it to be a deterrent. It's about getting rid of someone who is too dangerous for prison.

The only reason to take a life is in defense of your own life or property or anothers life or property. When a person is in jail the threat is gone. No one owns another persons life and that life should never be taken away because of self serving revenge.

Which of our Constitutions provided for a stronger federal government - the current one, or the Articles of Confederation? Why did we rip up the first one and replace it with the current one?
