I don't understand the insanity of how a billion is even proposed for a case like this. Her husband clearly knew smoking could endanger his health. Warnings have been administered on a mass scale since the 1980s. He continued his destructive habit and it killed him. Why is this someone else's fault?
IMO.....this lady will never see a dime from this if she does not settle.
