Romney’s comments was about how people veered from ethic of hard work and self-reliance to an entitlement system that are often undeservedly.
Which has no basis in reality. 47% of people weren't paying income tax because their taxable income declined, which happens in a recession. Using Romney's logic GE was also a welfare leech, despite being one of the most innovative companies in the world.

False, once again. The pell grants were increased from $5350 to $6900 over a 9/10 year period, which translates to a 30% increase over that same time period.
