Salmon and crab are local to that region, so the transportation of that isn't a big deal. Also, he is still a president, you aren't going to be seeing him driving a Prius to these events...heck, presidents aren't even allowed to drive.

So no, the president doing these things will have a very small effect on the environment. So it isn't really something someone should concern themselves with, but it is a very interesting strawman argument.
