It's your responsibility and your responsibility alone to protect someone else's life who may be in your building?

I'm not one to show off my gun. Nothing special about a p38, anyway, but thanks for the offer. Now, about the beer... Lol.

Keep it concealed and don't tell anyone about it. No one asked you to show it off.

I would, why not? I'm not loud so I would be allowed in.

Don't worry, I will, as will everyone else who respects your property rights and the law. I wonder though, how you'll go about keeping criminals with guns out, who couldn't care less about your property rights?

See, these "no guns" signs are pretty much pointless. Why would you want to hang a sign up that is only going to effect people who aren't a threat to begin with???? If anything, you're empowering the criminal with a gun, while simultaneously putting your customers at a disadvantage.

Actually, I don't plan to ever go East of the Mississippi River again.
I feel the same way. There is always this option for those of us in the west:Waitresses at Rifle, Colorado, restaurant "Shooters" carry guns along with your order - CBS News

Really? So, since you have made the decision to disarm me, and take on the responsibility of my safety yourself.... I take it you will take full accountability if I or my family is harmed while patronizing your establishment?

I mean, you made a conscious decision to be accountable for my safety when you elected to disarm me, so if something goes wrong and you fail to deliver on your promise, you should have to pay up, right?

I assume you'll be doing more than relying on a paper sign to keep criminals with guns out of your place.
