There's nothing in NYC which can be considered a 'bargain' under any circumstances, including housing, gasoline prices, taxes, hotel rates and everything else.
Definitely not a liberal utopia, and neither is LA or Chicago for that matter.
Moscow, Singapore, Paris, Geneva, London, Hong Kong, and, Monaco are all more expensive than NYC. NYC is even more of a bargain when you look at the cost of services and not just the real estate.
The question isn't whether tax cuts create jobs. It's what jobs, and more importantly, where these jobs are created. Also, business incentives are different than reductions in income tax rates.
Right, and it makes it so attractive to NY Residents, who then get to foot the tax bill for these business with increased sales taxes, school taxes, income taxes, and state/local property taxes!!! YAY!!!!!!!!
It's going to drive more of us taxpaying NYS residents out of state.
And even more so now with NY's 10 year long tax-free incentive for businesses.
People need to wise-up and stop letting Democrats continuously dupe them.
And once those 10 years are up, those businesses will leave NYS for greener pastures.
