Id take a good guess every time someone uses a gun here for mass murder you are one of the first to scream that its all the fault of the NRA and all the "gun nuts" that own guns in this country.

This might help you understand your myths...

Why Benjamin Netanyahu Should Be Very, Very Worried

Since I cannot ask Hamas, nor do I purport to understand its way of thinking, I ask the leaders of my own country, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his predecessors: How could you have wasted the years since the last conflict without initiating dialogue, without even making the slightest gesture toward dialogue with Hamas, without attempting to change our explosive reality? Why, for these past few years, has Israel avoided judicious negotiations with the moderate and more conversable sectors of the Palestinian people—an act that could also have served to pressure Hamas? Why have you ignored, for 12 years, the Arab League initiative that could have enlisted moderate Arab states with the power to impose, perhaps, a compromise on Hamas? In other words: Why is it that Israeli governments have been incapable, for decades, of thinking outside the bubble?

In WW2, America fought to win the war and kept bombing and killing people, including thousands of civilians until Japan, Germany and Italy lost the will to fight. To kill the Nazi leadership and troops many civilians died. America had to destroy their enemy's will to fight. Israel needs to do the same. Keep fighting until they (Hamas) says Uncle.

Didn't we learn our lesson from Korea and Vietnam that you have to fight a war to win? If Israel is being attacked, let them fight the war until the other side says uncle and they lose their will to keep fighting and lay down their arms. That is how wars ended throughout history.

Agree or disagree?
Agree, unfortunately many Americans no longer have the stomache for war.
They expect everything to be limited, pin point strikes with minimal civilian casualties.

All this does is prolong the inevitable and rack up the cost of war, (drones and smart bombs are expensive compared to conventional "dumb" bombs).

Let Israel take out Hamas for good, it's none of our business to tell them how to fight a war.

We fight half ass wars because a few of our connected plutocrats make their fortunes supplying the materials while many of the lower class folks do the work and take the casualties. Our wars are for internal economics not world conquest. Our wars are not for the "Politically correct" but for the "economically connected".
Because they do not WANT to kill them all. It's just that simple! They are not stupid.

Their religious convictions prevent them from performing a holocaust as was done to them and their common sense dictates that using one would open the flood gates.

Tactical nukes aside; they know that to actually use them for the first time since WWII would bring an end to the restraint shown by many nations who have possession and a burning desire to create Armageddon.

Can you imagine for one moment the very predictable response from a nation like Iran or even idiots like Pakistan, whose theological zealous leadership wavers at times from logic and restraint to outright insanity?

Can you imagine the nuclear winter created for the foreseeable future in the middle east with subsequent poisoning of all our environments should just one of those nukes be deployed? They are a MOD deterrent weapon only, once used their deterrent value has been squandered and vastly diminished.

Wrong again! The children there are tomorrows rocket launchers unless someone radically changes the way their parents think.

How would you propose to force them to think differently if 1000 years of this crap hasn't convinced them?

It will never destroy, for the enemy has ample support and ammunition, and I don't mean weapons. Peopke in. Gaza live in prison like conditions, no freedom of movement, can't get to work, visit family in West Bank, heck ambulances have to wait at check points. Israel will never buy peace. Oh did I mention settlements in West Bank and confiscation of home and land?

In case you don't know, right or wrong every Arab Israel kills has been and will continue to be blamed on USA, and those terrorists have been killing and will continue to kill Americans for the blood Israel sheds.

Are we really so willing to bleed for Israel? If so, send in the American soldiers and let's do it right just like what we did in Iraq!!!
