I'm going to assume that Texas Presbyterian had their heads out of their asses by the time he came back. If the hospital's workers are so incompetent and/or reckless that they're going to infect themselves, then the entire place is obviously a dire public health hazard and needs to be immediately closed.

10/19 is the day.

And what do you think their experience level is regarding a level 4 biohazard ?

I wasn't as worried as much with Emory because they have that experience.

Sadly you assume people have logic and keep informed.

One MSM interviewed a neighbor of the Dallas family. He lived in the complex and had never heard of Ebola.
We have "no information" people walking the streets.

It's called universal precautions. Read about it. It has nothing to do with level 4 anything.

You expect nothing short of perfection.

Seriously, if a hospital can't handle universal precautions, then they are a hazard. It's not about perfection, that's a strawman.

Spain typically is tight lipped. In this case too.

Even considering the world-class medical infrastructure in Lagos and the fact that its 20 million residents are extremely educated, trusting, and compliant, if Ebola were transmitted by mosquitoes or through the air, don't you think there would have been many, many more than 19 cases and 8 deaths?

I'm sure they've trained for it, annually even.
But actual experience with it..this is a first.

Sure, probably worse numbers than the worst global pandemic outbreak ever recorded in history.
The odds are against you surviving.
