Yes, drying would be better than spreading.

I guess we have the tobacco industry to thank now for saving the day. No wonder Ebola was being hyped up as such a threat.
I wonder what other GMO plant will be found to be a miracle cure for some new trumped up disease.

Monsanto was a big financial contributor to one of the companies working on an ebola drug.
Makes sense now.

PHYSICAL INACTIVATION: Ebola are moderately thermolabile and can be inactivated by heating for 30 minutes to 60 minutes at 60ºC, boiling for 5 minutes, gamma irradiation (1.2 x106 rads to 1.27 x106 rads), and/or UV radiation (3, 6, 20, 32, 33).

But, I'm sure that would cause mirroring problems.

UV is good, if done right.

UV light levels in the tropics are nearly double what it is in the USA and you soon learn not to spend time out in the sun at midday. You can get a severe (1st deg burn) sun burn in as few as 10 minutes. There is truth in that old British maxim "Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun'.

Other things you learn is not to wear a short sleeved shirt or shorts even when the air temp is around 90 deg and stay in doors or in the shade.

Makes sense now.
The Department of Defense was a major investor in Mapp Bio which was one of the companies. So Monsanto and the DOD are both heavily invested in Ebola drugs. Interesting.
