Don't care about my dna, its like fingerprints. Yes it can tell much more, but from a privacy perspective, I dont really care.

FAR more concerned about them unlocking and scanning cell phones to be honest.

Absolutely NOT, besides giving the police more control over you, you are giving someone the ability to do things worse than just arresting you with your DNA, how about improper cloning, we are approaching the level with a person DNA, you can tailor a biological weapon to kill just one person, or a whole family, NO THANKS

Its a lot easier to just poison you, or your whole family.

And getting someones DNA would be trivial.

Excellent idea!
And when we go in to give our sample
we can get our chip implanted too.

There was a movie staring Ethan Hawk called GATTACAwhich illustrates many other uses for having a genome file on everyone. We could identify the genetically disabled and base hiring policies, health insurace and other aspects of life on hard scientific data. Eugenics for the 21st Century and beyond.

Better yet all NJ state officials must give a blood sample for DNA typing. All NJ politicians from Chris Christie on down to the lowest member of the NJ Dept. of Transporation or Animal Control Officer!
