What do you think of the idea of every American having to give a DNA sample? Just think how much quicker some crimes could be solved. People could be identified and arrested before they have time to do more damage. Also, more innocent people in prison would be exonnerated. I know this doesn't make solving every crime a "slam dunk", but it would be a big step in the right direction.

In NJ a law was slipped through last year that allows DNA samples to be collected for something as minor as a disorderly persons charge. I hope someone challenges that law and wins unfortunately most NJ residents don't know anything about it.

the politicians that passed that law should all be taken out back and tarred and feathered.
