Regulatory waivers and exemptions are one of the primary goodies corporations always angle for with big new factories. Your attempts to claim that this case is some how unique or different is laughable.

Texas would have to stop trying to block direct sales competition if they wanted to be seriously in the running.

Yes you are. Regulations waivers are regulations waivers and your just trying to pretend that one type of regulation is some how different or special from all other types of regulatory rules. That is more than a little dishonest on your part especially since your own article said the company would still be on the hook for off sets in the future.

Provide a few if they are so common place. But please, provide what is actually being discussed here. Not regulations, not subsidies, but rather environmental regulations.

Only in America...the most environmentally strict state granting waivers, exemptions and limiting legal repercussions so that a "green" company can build.

ROFL at the hypocrisy of it all.

The ones being discussed here most certainly are. We are specifically discussing environmental regulations. There are all sorts of different regulations. Stick with environmental.

No it didn't. I'll drop it as it's obvious that being honest here is beyond your capability.

There was an article two weeks ago in the Chronicle. After they announced the Reno news, the dems rallied and decided "whatever it takes"...
