No. Prices never seem to go down. Like all other productive gains, management and Wall Street will pocket the profits.

Automation is great but we our fast approaching a point where there will be less buying customers with money unless they can automate machines that can create money as well as consume the products.

No, but it could cost that much to keep them running perfectly. Robots have many hidden expenses, including constant adjustment.

Remember ATM's at banks were supposed to be cheaper than the tellers they replaced, but at $60K a pop and the maintenance, not neccesarily so.
