My bet is he was not going to take any crap from the cop and wanted to be big man on campus by smacking around a cop. We see how that worked out.
Second.....

Bottom line, nobody here was there when it happened. But attacking and violating the rights of unarmed protestors/media is clearly unjust.

I'm making no assumptions. The law states that within 72 hours of a request for information, the name of the officer must be released.
Word has it that the Governor is sending the St. Louis police force home - stating that the rights of the citizens to PEACEFULLY protest have to be protected.
Anyone who thinks Ferguson deserves this just because of "thugs" and "looting" needs a reality check. Maybe next time the cops purposely murder it will be in your town, and hey... because of this in Ferguson, maybe they'll bring out the military gear before the protesters come "just in case", because lets get real here. The cops are murdering young black men, one cop in one state does it and gets away with it then another cop does... then another... then another... we're already seeing that.
What happens in Ferguson effects us all, how? Because the cops in their police state will TEACH other police forces about this for YEARS. The cops in your town are probably already "learning how to handle this" for the moment it might happen in your town. And you think you're town is not dumb enough to make the mistakes happening in Ferguson? Remember, the cops think they are smarter than you.
At the rate at which young black men are being killed, things are going to be happening over the next ten years, things probably you can't imagine to happen. If you think you're safe because you're in an armchair, then I have some reality for you - you're not safe, because you never know when some stupid cop will kill someone in your neighborhood. Then what, when the cops are shooting rubber bullets and tear gas into your neighborhood (remember, this isn't just happening "in the streets"), and you're neighborhood goes to hell BECAUSE of the cops - whose side will you be on when the gun is pointed in your face? You know... just because you happen to live in the wrong town.

Go back to bed, America. Here is American Gladiators. Here is 56 channels of it! Watch these pituitary retards bang their ****ing skulls together and congratulate you on living in the land of freedom. Here you go, America! You are free to do what we tell you! You are free to do what we tell you!”
To have a civilization, first you have to be "civilized". The police should not have to risk their life to protect the property of others. They should pull back and let these animals get it out of their system. Photograph everything and put anyone committing a crime in jail and fine them for any destruction.

Wow, you were a witness and saw this murder take place?
