If he's innocent it won't matter. He'll be cleared in public court.
If the narrative being given of Wilson's story is his there is going to be ample evidence to show it's true and he will not be indicted let alone go to court.

Yes. This means there's a systemic problem with blacks committing a proportionally large number of murders. Until this stops, we'll continually have problems with being profiled and being seen as supporting lawlessness.

If there are witnesses who saw what the cop says and are credible or better yet if there is a video which supports the cop's version there will be no charges. My bet is there. They would never show that video now....so the Obama/Holder dog and pony show aka WE ARE BLACK TOO~! is as cynical as McCain going for lizard brain Palin. Pandering pure and simple. I never really was a fan of the president though he makes nice speeches...down deep where we all live, he is a fatherless black man and his actions in this case are provocative and swaggering.

Yes, it matters. 12.6% of the population committing 50+ percent of ALL murders matters. It means a small segment of the overall population is committing the majority of murders. Explained this way, you see why this is significant, right?
