"Why the hell is Eric Holder still around? That’s a question many of Barack Obama’s political advisers have asked at various points throughout Holder’s tumultuous five years at the helm of the Justice Department."
Holder's a dimwit way above his competency level but he's also completely spineless and ethically bankrupt. He's slavishly loyal to Hillary and a perfect match for Obama. They're twins in almost every way.
I'll get the popcorn and wait for you to tell me why...
Obstruction of justice, criminal conspiracy. You can pick the scandal: Fast & Furious, IRS targeting, Benghazi cover-up, VA scandal.
He should also be behind bars for failing to apply the law equally and practicing institutional racism. The case of white voter intimidation in Philadelphia that he declined to investigate or prosecute for no reason comes to mind.

No white voters were identified as being intimidated in the Philadelphia case. Your list although long has little merit.
He and Obama are two peas in a pod. Holder is of Bajan descent and Obama of Kenyan descent. Neither have any idea what it means to be a black person in America. And yet both of them think they can actually relate. It's stupid....but liberals and black people fall for it every time.
Eric Holder is mostly a pro corporate shill who has been far to lenient on the big banks and Wall Street and their criminal behavior, but some of his work in the Justice department is truly important and greatly unreported.
And yes, on issues of race he is much more forthright than the vast majority of politicians. It is refreshing.
It's not a compliment when the DoJ is referred to as the "Department of Injustice" under your watch.
