Let's all see if we can just post developments here. We all know that this is a racial issue. Let's see if we can stick to facts and debate those. I think that is a worthy effort. Keep on Track Please
He acts out part of what he saw. Brown was facing Wilson, with his hands covering his stomach, and his head bent over. Bingo. That covers the skull shot.
I think with this explanation for the skull shot, anyone can combine all of the witness inconsistent statements and just about cover all the bases. Even that Wilson never left his car.
It would be most helpful if posters would only post NEW items and not the same old stuff that filled 3 old threads.
The St Louis Post Dispatch had an interesting article a couple of days ago about how a 1984 Supreme Court ruling is used to determine "appropriate use of force". Police Departments all over the USA use this in their training and courts use it in their determination. The case was Graham vs Connor and it's often referred to as 'The Graham Standards'.
^^ FWIW about the claim that Wilson never left his car, the witness didn't specify that he NEVER left the car. Just that Wilson was shooting at Brown from inside the car.
I agree, all of the witness accounts paint a similar picture.

I have a picture in my head of Wilson standing by the car......with the door open and Wilson behind the door.
That would give some truth to most of the statements......in and out of the car.

Interesting.
My visual was him first shooting through the window and then him exiting and pursuing Brown.
I believe all witnesses have said the first shot was fired inside the car.
