You'd have a base of Obama supporters that would love to see what happened in Ferguson happen nationally. Have chaos and then take advantage of it and get what they can as everything falls to pieces. And the puppet masters would love to have their favorite flunky stooge for a third term as a rubber stamp.
But the rest of the country would see Obama as a failure, a liar, a self serving phony who sold the country out. Nothing short of nuclear war or alien invasion could get them to accept this dolt for a third term. Besides, it would be much easier to just install another flunky stooge to do their bidding. You have Hillary, Christie, Jeb, McCain, even Al Gore ready to step up and serve.
I think Obama is chomping at the bit to drop this whole charade and to stop pretending he's someone he's not.

At this point no matter who calls out neoliberal and neoconservative agenda it will be beneficial for the voters to listen.
"Socialism is for the people, not the socialists."

Funny how socialist loving people like west, sharpton, Jackson, smiley, maddow, etc, etc are all millionaires.

I don't understand why people think Obama has a magic wand to wave to get his original plans done. He doesn't. The truth of the matter you have to compromise. I don't see a far left agenda getting completed by any progressive president for the foreseeable future unless they have a super majority.

Please dont even write that!!! now i will have nightmares because i too thought of that too, but others said no way it would happen. I would not put anything past him. I am hoping that we only have 2 more years to endure.. if this happened somehow, executive orders or whatever, you know he would love to try, i think if that happened somehow, i just dont know how im going to deal with it.

Do they regret picking him over McCain or Romney? Oh, heck no.

In having to pick between a Republican-lite and a warmonger or a plutocrat they'll take the miltoast Republican lite every time. What's to be expected given the limited choices in candidates allowed in the system?
I have always found it odd how one can call someone a war monger when the other they voted for has created a new group of terrorists who are killing thousands of innocent (men, women and children). Add to that the other has killed many other innocents with a silent drone program and he will not allow the American people to see the kill statistic's of this silent program. As a result of incompetence the weak are trying to defend themselves from terrorists who are killing them without guilt. I don't expect intellectually challenged people to understand everything but this is more common sense than rocket science.

I agree. I think he does too. I also think he's an idiot, as are all progressives. Unlike the liberals who believe that if you're a conservative you must be evil, I believe a lot of progressives have the best of intentions even though I am a conservative. I just think the policies that progressives want to implement are failures and they let their good intentions substitute for rational thought.

Of course it's possible. Anything is possible.

The person who posted this isn't the only person in the country to have considered this possibility. There's plenty of people spread out across the country who quietly wonder the same thing.

To consider:

1. A government that is capable of lying to its citizens about one thing is capable of lying to its citizens about many things. It's only an incremental step to move from a small lie to a bigger lie to a big lie.

Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.........Adolph Hitler

2. Something most of us here can agree on - politicians are narcisstic, power hungry, money hungry, lying scum suckers more invested in their own interests than the interests of the citizens they are tasked to serve.

If you agree with the above statement then ask yourself: Is Obama any different than other politicians? Any more honest, any more service oriented, any less interested in assuring his legacy, his money, his power? Does he WANT a third term would be a better question to ask than would he TAKE a third term? I don't think he wants it, but the courts have already determined recently that he is quite capable of breaking the law, and he has demonstrated both his ability and inclination to ignore the constitution. It is definately a "remote possibility". And if there were to be a catastrophic incident in the country, how difficult would it be to declare martial law and make the case for consistent leadership during "this time of national crisis"?

Dismiss it all you want. Stick your head in the sand all you want, or label it Obama Derangement Syndrome. Is it a probability? No. Is it a possibility? Of course it is. Pick up a history book.

Barack Hussein does not care about anyone but himself. Like the Clintons, he used the office to get rich. People like Obama who are over-educated but have no skills use "government service" as a way to get a seat at the table and allow un-earned money to flow their way. If Barack had to get a job in the private sector, he would have turned out like Al Sharpton. Another "Jessie Jackson" that fleeces the people while pretending to do something for them.

McCain was, and continues to be, extremely vocal in his willingness to expand open warfare in the Middle East. He's advocated "Bomb, bomb, bombing Iran" and directly fighting against Assad in Syria. Just imagine the power vacuum that would have been created for Sunni extremists to fill if we had taken out Assad or gone to war with Iran? Could you imagine to Armageddon levels of bloodshed that would have ensued if you'd openly engaged in a war with Iran?

I'm not defending Obama's use of drones but the other advocated route would have been far worse.
