This is simply not true. I had the unfortunate experience of watching a cop sting go bad. Undercover cop was to sell some drugs to some dealers in a car. The cop was suppose to be in the back seat but was in the front seat instead. The dealers tried to rob him and the police rushed in and shot up the car. The killed the two men in the front seat (Cop and dealer) and the dealer in the back seat was not harmed. The dead officer body was removed after 15 minutes while the dead dealer body remained their for 3 hrs. It was one of many things the local police department caught flak for. The Ferguson police dept should have covered the body until the evidence was taken. Leaving the body in the street that long is what sparked the protest. Those citizens in Ferguson were protesting within hours of the shooting.

And now a ridiculous law suit. If the police wouldn't have responded they would have been screaming, they did respond, their screaming. Some people will never be happy so why bother.
Right. If the police send in militarized troops to meet the show of force by the rioters, then they're nazis. When they stood down, they complained that they weren't stopping the looters/criminals. They complain that the PD hasn't released all the details of the shooting. Then they complain when they release details of the shooting, saying to was intended to make Brown look bad. Holder even called the release of information "troubling" and "inappropriate". At this point, I'm just enjoying how worked up these nutters are that they can't have the whole story yet. Loving every second of it.

So they are really suing the Ferguson police for police brutality during the riots?

Yeah, marijuana. Trying to get to *reefer madness?* Marijuana doesn't make you strong or angry - just mellow and hungry.

But we don't know much else yet, and no matter what, we'll only ever hear one side of the story from either of the two direct participants in the event.
Wilson did NOT have a fractured eye socket. That report was a hoax using a stock image of an orbital fracture. The fact is that while he had swelling, he did not have a fracture - the xrays came back negative.
If he HAD an orbital fracture, he would not have been walking around the body because he would have been in too much pain and would have needed immediate medical care.

Hopefully, the forensic evidence will show more detail what actually happened (was their gun powder residue on Brown's hands or body?)

He didn't have to be a *good boy* or a hero in order to not deserve to be shot six times - he did NOT have a gun. You want to live in a police state where disobeying an officer is a death sentence?

You have no proof of what Officer Wilson's injuries were or were not. The only thing we know for sure is that he was injured and treated at the hospital. All other information reported thus far is unsubstantiated.

Well, the problem is that the *rap sheet* is NOT for Mike Brown from Ferguson.

13SL-CR12675-01 - ST V MICHAEL R BROWN, from which these charges originated. You can readily find this too, by searching for case number 13SL-CR12675-01 on case.net Note that the defendant in this case lives in Troy, MO, which is 47 miles from Ferguson, MO, according to Google Maps. Also note that the defendant was born in 1997, which would make him 17, rather than 18. It's safe to say that these charges are being falsely attributed and the person spreading this is libeling Mike Brown.

As for the gang signs, it is hard to tell what they actually portray given that the source is a white supremacist organization. And, when did flipping the bird become a *gang sign.*

Evil Stupid Dick Explains Why Michael Brown Deserved To Die | Wonkette

For example the picture of Mike Brown with a gun (taken down after it was debunked) was a lookalike not actually Mike Brown, but Jodah Cain, 17, from Oregon.

Of course, even if he was a criminal thug, the circumstances of his death don't show that he deserved death.

But we know the orbital fracture was a HOAX. It was a stock picture from IOWA.
