This thread should just be deleted. There are enough threads on this topic and majority agree that he was no saint.

I would like to see a link to this and also see it verified that it's the same Michael Brown. That being said NOTHING would surprise me if it was the same guy, especially after seeing the video of the strong armed robbery.

That video showed me that he wasn't a choir boy and knew full well how to use his size and strength to intimidate someone, I doubt that was the very first time he ever robbed someone/something like that.

Why is the fact that he was a thug being withheld by the media?

It's not.....

any media person could find the same information you did the same way you did.... and the other poster above was correct..... you have to be sure that it is the SAME Michael Brown..... neither name is particularly unique....

One man at the funeral said about him - When he was alive he was doing the work of Jesus.

I kid you not!

Why does his conviction history justify his death?

Heres the link & then the quote - At Michael Brown's funeral, a call for social change - CNN.com

"Family members and friends reflecting on their memories of "Mike Mike" recalled him saying, "One day, the world will know my name."
"Michael was a big guy, but he was a kind, gentle soul, and before he left this Earth, the day that he was killed, he was out spreading the word of Jesus Christ," a family friend said."

Can someone please tell me what kind of work this person did for Jesus? I totally do not know how someone can say that.

There is a sticky regarding this incident where the Moderators have requested everything be posted
(if I remember correctly).

The bottom line is no one but the 3 who were actually involved in that incident as it was happening know exactly what happened.

Starting numerous threads about it and discussing it until the moon is blue will not change any of the actual facts.

It doesn't. That and his violent attack of the store clerk just prove he wasn't the angel they are portraying. It just shows that he might have attacked the police officer.
