It appears that this is the way to run a war. Let the enemy know what you are going to do, rather than just doing it.
Better follow these guys around and post what they do on youtube.com So the misguided folks would say, "Hey I want to one of those guys. How do I JOIN their team?"

Or the information was released in purpose in order to put the fear in the hearts of the enemy. If you hear the SAS, Navy SEALS, Green Berets and the Delta Force is coming after you, you might want to consider running the other way.

I'm assuming you may have forgotten the "lesson" learned in Vietnam, "they" don't care how many are "coming after them", "they" are ready to die, and moreover, they have a ton of new recruits coming up to the sacrificial altar of war, just as we do..........History really does repeat itself.

actually in vietnam, when the seals choose to own the night, charlie feared them. so much so that often times bounties were put out on the seals.

They get all the spot light and attention because of some movies and Bin Laden.
Force recon's mission, then and now, was to go deep behind enemy lines in order to gather reconnaissance of the enemy (hence Force RECON). They are similar to the Navy SEALs in that they are heavily trained in airborne and combat diving techniques in order to allow them to bypass traditional land defense systems. The water, and swimming, is a heavy component of being in Force Recon The difference between them is that the SEALs’ purpose is to kill the enemy, while Force Recon’s main purpose is simply to gather intelligence. Force Recon’s mission is considered a success if absolutely no shots are fired.
All military branches are important in order to win the war. However, nobody can win the war against these middle easterns. One thousands of them die, one thousands more will pop up like cockroaches.

Did you think that those illustrious seals didn't have the fear in them? People need to stop glorifying war and the men who fight them period. It is the glory seeking that causes so many to join up with the most extreme factions of Muslim forces. Many American soldiers returned home with a newfound respect for those they once called "charlie" only to refer to them later in life lightheartedly as, "Mr Charles". Only a fool doesn't respect his enemy..

No one said anything about 8-15 men, and no one said anything about killing them all. The article specifically says they want to crush the head of the snake.
