I must say that I really see the irony in the OPs polled question.

"Should Black Americans have their own country?"

Yea, they're American. What country in America can they have?

Another day and another racist thread. Yesterday it was the future face of America and lack of blonde hair. What will tomorrow bring?

i been thinking about the topic all weekend, but the point of own city not country.

I don't think the africian community could run a successful city. has nothing do with race but more on cultural background and behavior. I don't think you could find enough educated and successful businessmen to pull it off. their cultural lifestyle does not compliment a moral upbringing to be successful

BTW: It was a white Eastern Airlines captain who was responsible in helping me to get my jet time hours (his learjet) and his contacts with Delta's management to get me hired!

Imagine if I had grown up with the attitude of Whitey is a racist and keeps me 'suppressed'!
Probably wouldn't have gotten very far!

Such an ignorant comment. There are plenty of successful black people running majority white corporations. Off the top of my head, I can think of Xerox and American Express.

Obviously these would be the chosen individuals to run the successful city.

I liked where you were originally going but then you went waaaay right with this comment.

They can't do that. Wouldn't it require an ID to register which is too hard for them to get?
