What do you think?
Sure it should be 'ligalized' as long as I am not taxed to pay for the resulting brain damage. Currently under Obamacare I am in fact taxed. Hence I think 'no.'

So, you have no problem with outlawing huge sugary drinks the size of wading pools? After all, you'll be taxed to pay for the resulting obesity and diabetes.

No problem whatsoever. No problem banning sugary drinks, foottball, soccer, and MMA due to brain trauma as well. If we have a welfare state, we will need a nanny state alongside.

I would prefer that we have neither, but that does not seem to be in the cards

Brain damage? Too funny.

The prohibitionists propaganda about being taxed for cannabis users poor health is already getting old. Nobody really believes that. They will soon have a new rallying cry that is also false and based on no actual data except for the info they are spoon fed by their talking heads.

If you are truly worried about being "taxed" for other peoples healthcare then you should focus your energy on the overweight and obese citizens.

Are you concerned about them?

It should be fine to own in small amounts. Adults only for smoking it. And penalties for driving under the influence.

This is the only one that matters. The rest of your list is just a distraction from the real issue.

You are also taxed to pay for all the knee and ankle injuries from running. Should we ban running too?
