The "Blue Ox" of Minnesota Obamacare is calling it quits.

PreferredOne, the insurer that sold nearly 60 percent of all private health plans on Minnesota's Obamacare exchange, on Tuesday said it would leave that marketplace. PreferredOne's plans were the lowest-cost options on that exchange, known as MNSure.

PreferredOne cited the costs of doing business on MNSure as the reason for its surprising decision, saying that selling plans is "not administratively and financially sustainable going forward,"
Leading Minnesota Obamacare insurer leaves market

And that's with the risk corridors still place (through 2016). What happens when the Feds stop paying insurers to offer artificially low premiums?

So in the end even more Americans will be without healthcare coverage and there ya go off to a Single Payer system like they have in Europe. See how that is working out, heck I bet it went even faster than what those pulling the strings expected. The bigger question is will the Repubs take credit for it when we are all on the new system?

The scary part is ACA actually guarantees them a profit for so many years.. I think its either 2 or 3%, I forget what it is exactly.

The Dems will not get another bite at the healthscare apple. When ObamaNoCare fails, it will be back to the old system which worked fine for the last 100+ years.

30+ million remain uninsured. Medicare expansion, or the lack thereof, only accounts for about a third of that number, if I recall correctly.

Everything is not "functioning fine" for millions of Americans.
