In this case I side with the Apartment Complex.

IT'S A DAMN RENTAL.

The property owners should have stuck to their guns.

Take your flag and hang it on the wall of your apartment inside.

All they did was open the complex up to every freak with a flag that wants to fly it.

Wanna fly your flag? Fine buy your own damn property and have at it.

Just because this person wants to fly the Colors doesn't mean he's not a liar about the verbal conversation that first occurred.
What? Sell your truck?

I think a college kid got butt hurt that he couldn't junk up his close to campus housing balcony with whatever he wanted and don't buy the whole "they said it was because I'd offend foreign exchange students" stuff. Professional victims of evil agendas are especially prevalent in college. He got his name out there, activist cred if you will.
