Hate to break it to you, but to bomb terrorist groups, a president doesn't need approval from Congress. Obama is doing what is within his right as a Commander in Chief. The president is in control of the military, not the Congress.

Sorry, "these people" are those that are upset about Obama no matter what he does. My impression is that they would complain that he is weak for not sending airstrikes but a war monger for sending airstrikes. He can't win from where I am standing...

Oh and in case you didn't know, Congress is on vacation for the next two months.
Better than Bush bombing the SAME empty village for the seventh time, and claiming "mission accomplished!" in his failed "war on terror".
President Obama's precision bombing facilitates PEACE by helping others HELP THEMSELVES....and don't you forget it either.
