I have never been denied, how did you come to such a wild, baseless accusation?

I have never bought a firearm from a FFL, All of mine or home built from parts kits or private sales.

How do you know Allen is against the 2nd Amendment? Supporting background checks doesn't mean one is against the 2nd Amendment.

No accusation, I simply asked that question based on your posts against background checks. Even the NRA support background checks.

They NRA did support background checks, they no longer do, as they should`t support infringements of privacy.

Funny how leftist do not care about privacy when it comes to this issue...

Billionaire is a d-bag. What makes him any different than anyone else in that respect? He's rich?? That merely means he bought himself a customized d-bag T-shirt/hat rather than run of the mill stuff the rest of his gang is left to wear.

They support background checks, but not the current system that does not charge or intercept a disqualified person attempting to a gun.

Regardless, we have laws that prohibit certain people from owning a gun, how else do you make sure those people don't buy a gun if you can't do a background check?

How can you make sure they do not own guns? YOU CAN`T!

If they can not be trusted to own a firearm and get their rights back after the are let out of prison, why the hell do we let them out to begin with?

Excessive punishment when you consider that a felon that gets out of prison will have limited job opportunities and as a result, more than likely have to live in a poor and/or high crime area.

Not allowing him as a free man that has served his time (although a felon) to have the means to protect himself from the threats that are in the area he lives in, in a sense is excessive punishment. One scenario would be waking up in the middle of the night to an intruder that is armed. His options are somewhat limited at that point. Not allowing a felon to still posses a gun - at least in his own home would be like punishing a person that has smoked for 40 years and has emphysema by not allowing them to live out the rest of their days with a supply of oxygen to use.
