The University I went to was in the middle of a ghetto and it was totally common to see young, elementary school-aged children out in the streets at midnight during the week. I'm not shocked by the details of the article at all.
Trouble is, for youth, prison is no deterrent because it's even more fun in there. Solution...hard labor, you eat. No work.. No food, no visits, nothing.
Crime is down nationally although violent crime is up in urban areas. Go to any 24 Wal Mart or grocery store and you'll see pin heads with school age children out shopping until midnite.
Yet violent crime is at its lowest rate in decades - the murder rate being the lowest it's been in over 100 years.
That doesn't change the fact that 30-40 years ago when murder rates were at its highest, it was blacks who still committed half or more of the murders each year and to this day blacks STILL commit about half or more of the murders in the US and have still have the highest murder and violent crime rates by far.

How messed up do you have to be do something like this and involve your kids? And why do the majority of these kinds of incidents involve blacks??
Its stories like these and in the original post are EXACTLY why blacks still remain the most ghetto and violent out of all ethnicities by a huge margin. Too many black parents just plain SUCK and do a horrible job of raising their kids by continually pulling crap like what you see in these story. Why do so many blacks choose to have kids when they don't even bother to raise them in a decent manner? I genuinely feel sorry for all those babies born to such ghetto parents who have their lives screwed from the get go and greatly reduce their chances of growing up to be normal, decent people.
