Doubtful.

Besides, the only way he could get it up is if someone stapled it to his lower abdomen.

He really dislikes America as it is. A breach of our safety and security would not rock his world, unfortunately. Missing intelligence briefings is evidence of his lack of concern.
So do you apply the same to RR and Bush Sr.? After all they missed so many they supposedly had not idea that their administration was selling arms to terrorists and illegally funneling the funds to another terrorist organization.

Report: Obama Has Missed over Half His Second-Term Daily Intel Briefings

An incompetent (and lazy) POTUS is endangering all of us. Let us hope that the nation is not foolish enough to ever put an incompetent community organizer in the White House again.

The actions of Obama would have resulted in impeachment for any other president, due to gross dereliction of duty. Obama is given a pass as he is the first affirmative action president and is not treated in the same fashion as previous presidents.

This is an outrage, particularly when he blamed the intelligence services for his incompetence.
I did not vote for Obama....and certainly did not vote for any Republican,, however, this is a good move on his part. Presidents are CONTROLLED and manipulated via intelligence briefings. If the CIA tells the President something.....what is he going to do....google it to make sure it's true? The President is beholden to the briefings to understand what is going on in the world and the threats against the homeland. Thus, if you want to run our countries foriegn policy and use the companies military to forward geopolitical objectives, you control the president via briefings in which the president is almost compelled to act in a certain way, because they are sworn to protect the homeland. So when the briefing says that the homeland is threatened.....unless you do x, y and z.....then the President must act.

Obama is probably just hip to the fact that he is being "gamed" through those briefings.

Depends on who the Cons trot out in 2016, trot out a Tea Partier and get used to saying Madame President Hillary Clinton and her First Man Bubba. I am sure he will make every effort humanly possible without the staple gun.

That is why you have a chief of staff to make sure your man is not being "gamed". Barack's circle of advisors have no experience in understanding any of this. Barack's team only cares about making HIM look good. To hell with the country or its needs.

The word underestimated implies that the person or group in question did not show the ability before hand.

That means the false argument of him not going to briefings means nothing, because it wouldnt have change whether or not they were underestimated or not.

This is an odd characteristic of most liberals (Dunning-Krueger effect) who claim supreme knowledge in areas they know nothing about. I see this on this site quite often, in which posters lecture me on science and medicine, despite having no advanced education or degrees in these areas. They just KNOW they are right, despite not having a clue.
What "experts?"

We have the worst intelligence apparatus in the world. What have they gotten right?

Obama would do better getting Intel from the cartoons than our Intel agencies.
