ISIS would like have become a issue anyway. Remember that even during Clinton's time the first world trade building bombing was not recognized as a terrorist attack by terrorist .It was turned over to NYPD has routine criminal case. ISIS was only possible because of lack of action in Syria and then a failed Obama plan in pulling out of Iraq. Saddam killing anyone by even WMD's including Kurd women and children. Yup. I still can't believe that Bush and his cronies managed to persuade the American population to overwhelmingly support invasion of Iraq, country that had nothing to do with 9/11 or terrorism and subsequently spend trilliona of dollars there while there was recession at home.
