Is it our LE or our government. When rules are made that keep the LE from doing their job properly it can be confusing on how to handle others. I do think our government assumes as we do of them, that all people are 'honest.'

Watching shows like Border wars and Wars on Drugs, just shows it's all about the $$$ at the expense of people who have to deal with drug cartel and drug addicted people. All of this so the countries and the governments can keep blaming others and causing chaos among the people. As Mexico's leaders always do blaming America, it's always Americans with the "drug problem."

Both. Politicians pass bad drug laws and laws that allow LE to steal innocent people's money. But LE thrives on the drug war.
