The States gave this power to Federal Government:

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

To me; it matters little as I will only recognize marriage as between man and woman.

Maybe the Oklahoma Attorney General will tell county clerks to deny marriage licenses to SS applicants.

SS marriage licenses are already being issued in Tulsa County.

According to report, licenses are being granted to SS couples now in Utah. The gov made a statement that the law is the law and Utah will comply. But who will bake the cakes?
