State Rep. Christina “Tita” Ayala, D-Bridgeport, was arrested Friday on 19 voting fraud charges.

Ayala, 31, is accused of voting in local and state elections in districts she did not live, the Chief State’s Attorney’s Office said in a press release.

The arrest warrant affidavit also alleges Ayala provided fabricated evidence to state Election Enforcement Commission investigators that showed she lived at an address in a district where she voted while actually living outside the district, according to the release.

According to Democrats, voter fraud is a non-issue.

Like the old adage goes..."Never trust a guy who says 'trust me'......Democrats and liberals demonstrate once again why they are not to be trusted, EVER.

For every one case of voter fraud like this, the Democrats get away with 1000s of cases that are never discovered or prosecuted.

And they know it too. Voter ID's are an anathema to the Democratic strategy of "vote early and vote often."

Her voter registration was at the wrong address. That's worse than murder.

I always wondered if the election was rigged, everyone I talk to say they didn't vote for him(Obama).

Clearly you didn't read the article. It is far more than address screw up.

Odd thing when cases like this pop up. What does one hope to accomplish by voting in multiple districts? It's not as if that extra vote when mixed in with a couple hundred, or even a couple of dozen others for that matter would make any sort of statistical difference. Maybe people are just too dumb to realize that and they (rarely) attempt it anyway?

That chick is a winner; domestic abuse, hit and run, fudging a little bit at the polls (meh, no biggie really) she's a triple threat kinda gal.

Voter ID is just one (important) component of having fair elections.
