And how long have you worked in IT and had dealings with Infosys and their employees ?

Tata, Wipro and Infosys are among the top recipients of H1-B visas from the US government.
All three are based in India.

What do you think they are doing with those H1-Bs ?

Been in IT for 25 years. Worked with Infosys on and off for about 15 years. Not sure what that has to do with certain CD posters and their complete lack of knowledge of US labor and civil rights laws.

It has to be proven in court. And we all know how the corporate world operates.
When they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar they pay a fine and it's back to business.

That is the way the game is played.

We outsourced technology project work to Booze Allen and were consistently pleased with performance. BA was paid by the project, not time and materials. Their employees were paid salaries, plus bonus based on delivery and client satisfaction. There were no incentives to pad time. Interestingly, the BA project managers were usually women and occasionally Indian.

My company organizational structure was small, flat and nimble without the typical barriers between IT and business. Business analysis and testing were the strengths of of our business model. Business and the IT staff responible for maintaining the source code, post turnover, combined for testing and were consistently ruthless in their drive to break the system. They suffered no fools.

As far as what was remarkable about the Indians beyond work ethic, was their communication skills and incessant quest to understand why. This may have been their BA polishing or not.

Some ate curry veg, no more or less offensive than cheeseburgers piled with a mountain of grilled onions or a massive bowl of borst someone let burn in the microwave.

No doubt about that. In fact, that is what the article is about. The recruiter was the whistle blower. Most companies are good at not leaving paper trails with such blatant discrimination. Still, there is the odds of averages. If the places you are hiring are 99% Americans of non-Indian decent, and 498 of your 500 employees are Indian then proving a case isn't too hard.
