None of those guarantee the right to vote. Read them carefully. They only define how you cannot restrict voting. Lots of Americans cannot vote.

There is no constitutional right to vote.

Lots of Americans can't own a gun either, but gun ownership, like voting, is still a right. Do you actually believe our rights come from the federal government or do I need to post the 9th and 10th amendments on here as well.

One more time, read slowly:

"The right of citizens of the United States to vote"

Just to help you out, you cannot deny voting for sex, poll tax, servitude, race, color, or age. But you can deny voting for a hundred other reasons such as felony, overweight, ugly, tall, short, fat, skinny, religion or any other reason.

That's not what the constitution says. Please post the entire sentence.

Silly liberal, you can't arbitrarily deny people their right to vote.

At the risk of repeating myself and others on this threat. Photo ID is the last step in a process to insure a clean vote. Not to say if any of the steps are compromised we will have voter ID fraud.

If NY has it under control that's Great. We as a country are happy for NY>

This is not about denying citizens , that is US Citizens the right to vote and that precious vote is protected the best possible method.. We have went in detail how all of these steps work together. The other point you seem to missing again, is everyone in this country have some form of state of Federal ID. Most of these ID Photos is free to all and serves in other official applications.

Mobile ID by The Great State of Georgia is a Fabulous Idea!

Boy, You North Easterners are a little thick headed. Democrats must be worried about November!
Photo IDs will not guarantee a clean vote. Its not hard to get a fake photo id if you are so inclined. Many of the people being disenfranchised have attempted to get valid, legal photo ids, but have been blocked for one reason or another.
