Go ahead and do a search. It will provide you with an answer to your question. Or you could, you know, keep pretending you have no idea what middle-aged mom meant.
The young girl isn't Islam! By the way I think it's Islam and Muslims that is confusing since many practice Islam. Same as the difference in Muslims and Arabs......Islam doesn't seem to be very peaceful if Iran and Saudi Arabia were Mecca is located is the example of Islam. Women are beheaded/stoned in time square every day in Saudi Arabia for entertainment.

Too bad the Nobel Committee wasn't around 400 years ago.

They could have give the Nobel Peace Prize to the 8 Million women burned at the stake as witches by the Imperial Roman Catholic Church.

I'd be really happy for them, not because they deserve it but because you know it is p*ssing those Roman Catholic heathens off to no end that a WOMAN is getting a globally recognized award for giving terrorist Roman Catholics the big F.U.

Kinda reminds you of the Roman Catholic Church calling the heliocentric solar system a complete fabrication.

Amazing how history repeats itself over and over and over...

Apparently many Pakistani news outlets are throwing shade, saying Malala was never shot and calling her story a complete fabrication.
It is only the religious right-wingers who do not like it.

"Over the past two years, right-wing activists and conspiracy theorists have flooded social networking websites with allegations against Malala, accusing her of everything from working for the CIA to faking her injuries and defaming Pakistan."

Global hero, local lightning rod? Why Malala's Nobel rankles many Pakistanis
