Why would the AG have a field day with the mayor when, in response to the City of Houston being sued, the City Attorney engaged in the standard discovery process of requesting documents that may contain relevant evidence from the plaintiffs?
You've been told the pastors and their churches aren't plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
You obviously didn't read my post with attached link.
You obviously think a plaintiff and a non-party are the same thing.
Both plaintiffs and non-parties can be subpoenaed, but use of the word 'plaintiff' is misleading because the churches didn't bring the lawsuit against the city.
The OP is not honest. The city attorneys are requesting these documents not the Mayor. Is she now on the legal team for the city? Besides, it just looks like the attorneys are doing their job in preparation for a lawsuit against a city ordinance. Calm down people.

Now how do you expect them to get their once every 10 minute rage fix if they took that time to actually read links? Don't be unreasonable, that anger is needed more than oxygen.
