He'll be alright . He should be able to bring lawsuits against many outlets and organizations for slander and libel and malicious prosecution against the state and the Justice Department.
Once Obama gives him a personal apology that should diffuse things.

Saw the article. This hardly exonerates him. Not saying he is guilty, but it does not show danger to him once he left the patrol car..those are the seconds that count. At THAT moment, he needs to prove he was in personal danger.
