If I had to get a colonoscopy, I would be damned glad I woke up at all afterwards. I doubt i would care much about whatever underwear got slapped on me while I was unconscious- it's not exactly long-term apparel, is it?
Sounds to me that the guy is chock full of sexual insecurities if that's enough to get him so riled he wants to sue.
I didn't know the patient was under general anesthesia during a colonoscopy. To prevent this from happening to me, I'm going to demand that I be allowed to mount a buttcam to keep an eye out while I'm out.
I find this more creepy than anything, if this is what they did with the knowledge of the patient who obviously noticed this later, who knows what else they did when we was out of it?

I have never been under anesthesia during a colonoscopy.
I watch the monitor and see what the doctor sees.
There is no pain and the only discomfort is when the camera goes around corners in the colon.
I have never worn underwear before, during, nor after the procedure.
