That was my first thought. The two issues are not related. If he is a war criminal, certainly prosecute him.

Put him in prison. The SS will stop automatically then.

They lied to get into the country in the first place. If you gain through fraudulent actions should you be able to keep those gains?

Amazing how some get off because now they're old or not many left, as many imply here......it's the point of what they did and the USA rewarded them for doing it.

They paid in so they get it out, now if they want to end the SS after what they paid in has been paid back I would have no issue but I am not sure they can even do that.
