Cherry picking your arguments just makes you look foolish when someone points that out. Probably should avoid that. Just saying.
it doesnt help your argument one bit...

The effective tax rate on the rich was far lower when the tax rates were far higher..

Note the 1920s in the graph below, when the tax rate was I think 90%..

This is the 21st century. People don't actually give a damn how much money others have. The one's that do end up miserable. It probably explains why the average American male is trending heavily towards fat, broke, overworked, stupid, and angry as hell.
Ummm, I'm endorsing being of service to the rest of society. YOU have the greedy and gluttonous view that wealth ought to be handed to people as some kind of a prize for breathing. Hypocrisy.

And I think that ethic of being useful to others is what keeps me happy and optimistic despite having oodles of money.

Yes, three men in a lifeboat at sea with no food or water have a very low gini coefficient.

The WEALTHY DOES NOT HAVE INCOME..

What part of that do you not understand?

The graph shows how dam wrong you are..

When tax rates were 90%, their effective tax rate was below 10%, as they lowered the tax rate then they moved assets from wealth to income, which got taxed.
