Making this kind of non-sense and fun illegal is just over-the-top. There's enough of silly laws on the books already and enough real problems to worry about.
I think I mentioned that I do not favor new legislation. But one should note tha paintballing naked women and dwarf tossing, both personal decisions, have been outlawed.
I'm all for making eating contests illegal only if the govt subsidizes and televises nude female Jello wrestling.
