Sounding more like Biden all the time. Biden makes off the cuff comments all the time; so maybe I am wrong .This is more off the collar.

Yes. This is an issue which I felt warranted my time to watch the POTUS speak. I usually pass on most POTUS' speeches through the decades, as they do not have much of anything in them. I felt in this case, there is something to learn. I just feel bad for him, as he did not mean to say that and you could see that in his eyes.
