Its really easy to get mouthy with someone when you have security all around you and the cops working for you,but not so easy doing something like that in a beer joint parking lot by yourself..not impressed.
What are you insinuating? Getting in to a physical fight is what should happen when someone gets "mouthy" with you and you don't like it?
The thing with Christie is that like or not he's Direct, Straight and Blunt that one knows where they stand with him. One gets what he gives him. If one is respectful, he respectful in return and so on.
Many call it rude but others it's so refreshing to know where they stand WITHOUT THE PRETENSE, but I call it the NJ attitude and one shouldn't want a NJ-an go NJ on them. It's pretty much when someone messes with a JERSEYan, they get a face fulla JERSEY attitude right back at 'em.....What we like to call GOING JERSEY ON YOU!!
Try bringing your Jersy attitude to the Burgh and you might get knocked on your can.

Are you intentionally acting dense or just have a reading comp problem? The right is gushing about Christie "not taking any crap"..that's not the case at all..he ran his mouth like a fat kid standing behind the teacher..not impressed..
I think Christie has now blown any chance he had at the presidency. Yelling at people, telling people to 'shut up' and making derogatory statements about a nurse he put into a parking lot concentration camp, will not endear him to anyone. He is now coming off simply as a rude Soprano-type thug, rather than being tough. This will not play well in most of the country.

I agree..I think his handlers are wanting him to "portray" a tough guy so as to "excite" the base for a possible run..bad move on their part..if he looked like John Wayne,it might fly,but instead he looks like Spanky from the Little Rascals and therefor he just looks stupid and spoiled...Pilgrim

It was inside and not a "concentration camp." I was at dinner this weekend with about 15 health care professionals, most nurses, and this topic came up. Every one of them thought Hitchcock is a drama queen putting the public health at risk and making the profession look bad. As for Christie, his tough guy thing isn't political theater, that's just the way he is. If you listen to his radio program he is very good with answering questions and helping people but unloads on people who just call in to complain about him.
