If these alleged illegal voters turn out to actually be illegal voters, I sincerely hope the authorities prosecute them for the felony crimes to full extent of the law. Our most precious right as citizens is our right to vote.
There could be some but first you have to weed out:
- US citizens who lied to get out of jury duty
- those who were registered to vote but didn't vote
- name/identity mismatches
- those who became US citizens after they declined jury duty
The example in the text of the lawsuit (paragraph 17) is an immigrant from Ghana who has been here for over 10 years. We don't know her residency or citizenship status. (she has Facebook page).

They should toss out ALL the early votes and require everyone to show up on election day like the process is intended.
I agree. Early voting just isn't necessary, and if you want to talk about "disenfranchisement," whose being disenfranchised here, but the people who cast legal ballots, but are defrauded of their right to have their votes count, because they are overwhelmed by illegal votes for Democrats. This is how Obama was able to win a second term, even though his popularity had dropped like a rock since 2008, and people were angry about Obamacare.
How did they get jury duty requests if they are not residents, not sure about Maryland but most states base jury duty requests on drivers licenses. Sounds like they wanted to avoid jury duty.
Quote:
The group, Virginia
Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County
filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group’s
investigation found that thousands of people in Frederick County who stated that
they are not U.S. citizens on jury duty forms went on to cast votes in
elections. Either they failed to tell the truth when they were summoned for jury
duty, or they cast illegal votes. Both are crimes.
That my dear, is a real stretch but I'll give you a 9.7 for desperation.
I'll give you 2.5 for desperately believing that nobody lies to get out of jury duty. Assuming that my calculations are correct, Gryffindor wins the Thread Cup.
Obama early voted this year in Chicago. At that event, it was suggested by a pole worker that he vote democrat. A few days ago he noted that "You can vote all week." He quickly clarified "I mean you can only vote once, this isn't Chicago now" to laughs.
Interesting approach that is hard to defend against.
Maryland is a blue state. It doesn't need illegal voting to remain blue. A republican, Bob Ehrlich was elected because he was more electable than Kathleen Townsend Kennedy. This article is just stupid.
